About us:
We work with world renowned clinics, physicians, coaches, and consultants across the country. Our team members have trained at the top institutions in the world, including Harvard, Stanford, Princeton, Duke, and Johns Hopkins. The physicians are trained in the fields of Integrative & Functional Medicine, Psychiatry, Weight Management, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, and many more specialty areas.
Our coaches are trained in elite performance, entrepreneurial coaching, executive functioning, ADHD coaching, sports performance, physical therapy, personal training, exercise physiology, longevity, and weight management.
Medical services are currently only available for residents of California, New York, Massachusetts, and Florida. Coaching ​services are available in all states, for those seeking non-medical support.
Our approach:
We provide a holistic and personalized approach to health – understanding that while medical interventions may be necessary, our providers begin with the least invasive measures whenever possible. In an effort to keep costs low, we do not hire staff and billing agencies to contract with insurance companies – instead our clinics provide patients with a superbill that can be submitted to their health insurance company directly, for any out of network reimbursements. Our coaching products may be reimburseable through an FSA/HSA account, or as a tax write-off for appropriate professionals (please consult your accountant or tax attorney to confirm).

Licensed Medical Doctors
Our team includes highly experienced doctors board certified in Addiction Medicine, Obesity Medicine, Integrative Medicine, Psychiatry, and Addiction Psychiatry. We also have doctors of pharmacy and physical therapy advising our team. We also have physicians who have received specialized training in psychedelic medicine from the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), and they continue to consult coursework and psychedelic providers across the country for updates to the field. Our practice is informed by knowledgeable pharmacies, pharmacists, and pharma representatives directly for concretely accurate dosing and awareness of contraindications. We communicate directly with our pharmacy and pharmacist to determine dosing for each individual patient, using a thorough medical history to inform the prescribing process.​​

Coaches
Our coaches are trained in niche areas - such as sports performance, and elite performance. Each has had over a decade of experience working with clients in achieving their goals. They are able to work with clients in all states, for anything from organizing your home, to performing well on Broadway, to competing in the Olympics.

Our consultants work directly with large corporations, start-ups, venture capital funds, is informed by knowledgeable pharmacies, pharmacists, and pharma representatives directly for concretely accurate dosing and awareness of contraindications. Organization
The Faculty Practice, LLC is a health services organization that pairs patients and clients with providers in our partnering clinics below. While our internal team provides non-medical services (such as coaching and consulting) to all 50 states, our physicians are based out of the following clinics. Due to federal regulations, medical doctors cannot practice outside of their state licensures. Therefore, if you live outside of one of these 4 states, we will not be able to offer medical services at this time.
